The investigation moved as the cases are students at one school. Searches were done in the doctor's office and confirmed that the children only had a query. The Judicial Police are investigating whether there are more cases in other schools.

This is a real example where the existence of checks notorious dentists proves to be completely absurd and that children are treated as numbers, not taking into account their actual oral health needs.

Children should have dental treatments depending on your needs; checks - dentists constitute a program that limits children's access to oral health. The Dental Association should report the situation and urgently request the replacement of the oral health program based on checks - Dentists in another program that defends the real interests and rights of children and young people.

Collude with the current oral health program for children and youth means paving the way for all sorts of illegalities. Only a program based on clinical criteria may give credibility to a real infant oral health program.

586. Oral health: a complete plot in Portugal

In Portugal there is a real plot formed by the classes who run the country and who have complete disregard when problems arising from lack of equal population's access to dental care are placed.

Nobody takes responsibility from the governing bodies to justice institutions in the country: Ministry of Health, Directorate - General of Health, Regional Health Administration of the Alentejo, Inspection - General on the Activities of the Health Ombudsman, Attorney General of the Republic _ , Presidency, Health Commission of Parliament and Supreme Court. At these institutions was requested due compensation for heinous crimes described and, six years later, no justice has been done. The only response obtained was always the same: attempt to move the case to another body, always trying to never settle the case, in a vicious cycle with no end.

After all, acting in the service of the state anyway and inflicting the worst possible treatments underage person who asked and gave us treatments he underwent, now finds itself completely helpless and life seriously affected at all levels due to a number of people whom the state was bound to account and act criminally.

After all, that was served April 25, 1974, that human rights remain a mirage for those who only need the most basic rights of access to healthcare?
