There is a lack of concrete programs and real on the ground, with all they need, here is an example applied in other stops (link) who is required to establish policies on oral health in Portugal.
Today there are already in Portugal all means and resources to ensure an oral health to all the Portuguese without exception; simply wish to make available to those who need both, without social or economic discrimination. The oral health should be considered as important as food for the body.
