18) Students visit to the post of Family Health

Students from the 8 th series of the School Municipal Willibaldo Michel, the High Spanish, inside of Valley of the Sun, made a visit to the post of Family Health (PSF) Anita Garibaldi, the High Trombudo, last week, to check the work that is developed in unity.

The activity is part of the shares of the project's Board of Council, called the Student Session. The young participants engaged in symbolic form, the work of the council and therefore are investigating some municipal services management.

Initially, the nurse Carla Simone de Oliveira Bopp said that the team is formed by a doctor, a nurse, technician, nurse, a dental assistant from office, a dentist and seven community health agents, who work from Monday to Friday. The nurse stressed that the team serves, currently, 497 families from the mountain region and the whole program is aimed at the prevention of disease, which goes far beyond healing practices. One of the goals is to inform the community charge and actions that seek to improve the quality of life of the family.

Of interest: instead of being the technicians of health to go to schools, young people are invited to go to units of health.
