602. Secretary of State for Health: go away

Portuguese should prevent disease, says Ministry - The Secretary of State for Health, Fernando Leal da Costa, believes that the Portuguese have an obligation to contribute to the sustainability of the National Health Service (SNS), preventing diseases and using less services. If we each citizen, do not do anything to reduce the potential of one day being sick, so we can collect more taxes to citizens, the SNS will be later or earlier, unsustainable, said Fernando Leal da Costa, in Speaking to Lusa.
Stressing that the maintenance of the SNS is undisputed for the Government, the Secretary of State Assistant to the Minister of Health says it is not enough to tax and it is necessary that citizens begin to have an attitude of prevention of diseases that they might not both services health.
The chairman of the Medical Association stresses that prevention of disease is a part of the Government itself, who advised the Portuguese to avoid the visits to public hospitals. It is clear that more can be done by preventing the level of governmental responsibilities, particularly by insisting more on health education and disease prevention in schools, correcting and stimulating lifestyles, said the TSF.
José Manuel Silva understands that users are not only able to prevent their diseases. Also using taxation to guide citizens to opt for styles of food and healthier life, concluded, in reaction to statements from the Secretary of State for Health.

Today was clearly demonstrated the existence of lobbies (group of people involved in trying to influence legislators or other public officials in favor of a specific cause) in order to transform the SNS into a paid service for citizens, regardless of mandatory taxes imposed by political power and lowering wages. Thus, before the sharp contraction in disposable income, political power follows the reverse policy advocated by the founders of the National Health Service, making less and less accessible to the population in general medical care, supported by the President of doctors. Open to privatization of health in Portugal; the large economic groups now have the ability to compete with the National Health Service: the government and the president supports the doctors helps out in the initiative.
Within oral health, Oral Health has consistently touched the various entities to constantly deteriorating accessibility of most of the population, particularly the most disadvantaged social classes and age groups of the most vulnerable, especially the children, adolescents and the elderly. 535 posts (read here) and 536 (read here) were sent to the Ministry of Health; detailed analysis of the various proposed solutions to the poor oral health of Portuguese could be the starting point for changing the current quagmire in providing dental care in Portugal. Unfortunately, the Ministry of Health did not respond to the letter until today; Simple measures could halve the costs necessary for the provision of oral health care.
Unfortunately, the current government follows the same line of action of the previous government, preferring that the Portuguese continue to spend exorbitant amounts to have access to oral health care; when the Secretary of State for Health speaks on the importance of disease prevention (after all, where is the Individual Bulletin Oral Health for all children and adolescents Portuguese?), it is good to remember that your government gives the worst example of this practice when resorting cuts of oral health care for children transferring money to large financial groups of the world banking. The Ministry of Health follows a dying policy, depending on the interests of private economic groups and banking, trampling the basic rights of the Declaration of Children's Rights, Portugal rectified by merely cowardly acts when the experts know that investing 100 euros in oral health translates If a saving up to € 3000 in the future.
Already had a former Health Minister Correia de Campos adept at using toothbrushes to combat infectious diseases (dental caries); already had a high official of the Regional Directorate of Education of Lisbon and Tagus Valley to recommend the consumption of fruits to combat infectious diseases (dental caries); now we have a Secretary of State for Health that asks not to use both Portuguese health services (as if each of us could choose when we get sick).
Secretary of State for Health: put the job position available to those who can do more with less money by the Portuguese.

Summon immediate replacement in the coffers of the state of all the stolen money in fraudulent by politicians who ruled Portugal from 1974 to today schemas: tens of billions of euros to be recovered one by one, each of the required political (old and current) that is served from its privileged position in power to make wealth, at the expense of labor and sacrifices of civil society.
Unfortunately the current existence of children and young people in Portugal with dental caries, while former and current ruling politicians of all political parties, make fortunes with scams; demand is justice and imprisonment for such crimes, unpunished currently in Portugal.
That the President of the Republic, Aníbal Cavaco Silva, is the first portuguese politician to put into action the immediate interests of this gambling and theft of public money order; portuguese children thank their excellence is to do something for your oral health.
